Delivery across Ukraine

Orders are processed after full payment on the tueams.com website. Shipping is completed within 1-2 working days after the store receives payment. Shipments are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders submitted on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

All orders within Ukraine are sent through the “Nova Poshta” service. The cost of shipping is covered by the customer according to tariffs of Nova Poshta. Once the order is sent, the customers receive the commercial invoice for tracking their order.

International delivery

We offer delivery to European countries via Nova Poshta Global, with a transit time of 14-21 days, costing 40$. In Poland, we use the carrier Inpost for delivery, which takes 5-10 days and costs 20$. For the USA and Canada, delivery is also managed by Nova Poshta Global, taking 12-15 days and costing 45$. Shipments to other countries worldwide are handled by Ukrposhta, with a transit time of 21-29 days and costing 95$.

Please note that due to the war in Ukraine, carrier choices may change, and delivery routes may be affected. International postal services may also experience disruptions due to the current shutdown in Ukraine.

When making a purchase, the delivery service fee is included in your payment.

TUEAM’S is not accountable for any extra taxes, customs clearance fees, postal carrier delays, or customs regulations in your country. It’s essential to be familiar with your country’s customs clearance rules before placing an international order on our site.

Once your order has been dispatched, the customers receive the commercial invoice for tracking their order.

Kindly note that items delivered outside of Ukraine cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, the TUEAM’S brand does not offer delivery to russia and belarus.
