An electronic certificate will be automatically generated and sent to your email immediately after you place your order on the website.

If you only need an electronic certificate, please indicate this in the order comments.

The gift certificate is valid for a single use and can be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. To redeem the gift certificate on the website, enter the certificate number in the “Coupon” field in your cart; the certificate will be applied automatically.

The gift certificate is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted back into cash.
If the cost of the item is less than the certificate’s face value, the difference is not refunded.

When returning an item purchased using a “Gift Certificate,” the funds remain on the account, and any additional payment (if applicable) is refunded to the customer.
